Be² exists to equip leaders to face adversity with integrity, faith, and clarity of purpose. We teach that character isn’t built by challenge—it’s revealed through it. When pressure exposes what lies beneath, leaders have a choice: ignore what’s revealed or realign belief and behavior to become the person God intended. Grounded in Proverbs 4:23, Be² helps faith-driven leaders and teams lead from conviction, not reaction.

Michael Horn

Mike is a husband, father, leadership coach, speaker, author, and U.S. Army veteran with more than 22 years of experience developing leaders under pressure. As the founder of Be², he helps people see adversity as revelation, realigning their beliefs and behaviors with purpose. Drawing on his formal education and military leadership, Michael teaches “steel wrapped in surrender” leadership: strength guided by humility and powered by faith. He is the creator of Run Rants and the author of the forthcoming books Revealed: Forged to Lead and Run Rants Vol. I, written to inspire authentic leadership and spiritual endurance. When he’s not writing or coaching, he’s usually running before sunrise, praying in motion, and helping others step boldly into their God-given calling.

The Be² Framework

Beliefs represent what’s in your heart — your convictions, faith, and mindset.
Behaviors are the outward expression of those beliefs — your words, actions, and leadership.
The space between the two is where integrity is tested and leadership is refined.

Be² reframes adversity not as failure but as revelation — an opportunity to see where belief and behavior have drifted apart, and to realign them through faith and reflection. This realignment leads to clarity, conviction, and Christlike character.
